The challenge
PwC are a multinational business on a mission to help businesses grow – fast. We helped them deliver a 12-week acceleration programme supporting SME’s secure investment, cultivate partnerships and scale at pace.
PwC wanted to support fast growth companies to scale and accelerate, by connecting them to key decision makers in large organisations, industry leaders and the investor community.
The approach
We designed and facilitated a 12-week multi-sector programme. This allowed companies to meet a network of decision makers and influencers, identify collaborative opportunities and get direct access to PwC’s startup products, services and experts.
As well as helping SMEs connect with potential partners, investors and media channels, we staged a series of masterclasses to help business leaders accelerate sales and growth and ready their company to scale.
The results
The programme generated instant results with SME’s achieving six figure investments and gaining partnerships with larger corporates. Leadership teams left with a clear value proposition to present to investors and customers and companies including Microsoft, Manchester Airport Group and Well Pharmacy connected into the scale up eco-system.
