To support the wellbeing of our employees we offer flexible working and private healthcare. We invest in training to support each member of the team to develop their autonomy, mastery and purpose. Each team member also receives Equity, Diversity and Inclusion training from a specialist external consultant, ensuring that we promote diversity and inclusivity in all that we do. We take care to support our local community, working with local suppliers as often as possible and supporting a local social enterprise to bring new talent into the digital and creative industries.

We are offsetting and reducing the environmental impact of all delivery. The company’s carbon emissions have been calculated dating back to when Form started in 2013, the total ‘carbon debt’ will be offset over a period of 3 years, alongside offsetting our annual emissions. This will make us lifetime carbon neutral by the end of 2025. We’ve chosen to take a take a portfolio approach to our offsetting, investing in Ecologi to reduce the amount of greenhouse gas emissions that enter the atmosphere and Sourceful Climate to remove carbon from the atmosphere using frontier technologies and storing it for 800+ years.
