The challenge
The Growth Company had a vision to help successful businesses in Greater Manchester take the next step. We created a high-impact programme that enabled change and kickstarted growth.
We’d helped The Growth Company develop an innovative business support programme but they needed to step things up. To accelerate the growth of a cohort of businesses who had huge potential.
The approach
We designed, developed and delivered ‘Amplify’, a high-impact programme tailored to industry-specific challenges and needs.
We took the cohort on a European study trip to inspire and unblock leaders thinking around what was possible for their business, then each business had a custom, facilitated Growth Sprint using the Google Design Sprint methodology.
Nine months of Non-Executive Director (NED) / Senior Advisor support followed, to drive problem solving and targeted new business generation, alongside a programme of monthly online content and growth challenges.
At the end of the programme a consolidation event gave the opportunity to share learning, best practice and celebrate successes.
The results
Amplify helped businesses align their ambitions, create change and accelerate growth. 93% of delegates said they were extremely likely to speak positively about Amplify to others in the industry.
