On Traction
you will:
- — Untangle assumptions about your product or service
- — Clarify exactly where you meet your customers
- — Create and run real-world growth experiments that drive clarity and revenue
- — Build a clear plan and pipeline for sustained commercial traction
Over six weeks, you and a senior colleague will get access to:
Three expert-led sprint workshops to sharpen your offer, pricing and market activation
1:1 guidance from commercial specialists and peer learning sessions to tackle your specific challenges
A live showcase to test your proposition and get live market feedback
Traction is the right fit for you, if you:
- — Are based in the West Midlands
- — Have a team of 5+ staff (including founders)
- — Have an MVP, product or IP ready for scale
- — Are ready to commit two senior team members to three sprint days in Birmingham

Jon Minchin
