What is the Barclays Sales Growth Programme?

This programme could help you if you have a product or service in market and are focusing on building consistent, scalable revenue. Early market traction is exciting. But as you grow, sales get harder. Does this sound familiar?

If so, you’re not alone. The Sales Growth Programme, delivered in partnership with Form, is designed for founders who want to build a structured, repeatable approach to selling. You’ll gain the clarity, confidence and sales rhythm needed to turn your target clients into paying customers.

The approach

•  Applications open: Monday 25th May, 2026
•  Applications close: Sunday 12th July, 2026
•  Successful applicant(s) notified: Saturday 25th July, 2026
•  Programme launch: Tuesday 29th September, 2026
•  Programme ends: Tuesday 3rd November, 2026

We’ve organised the programme over six weeks, to help you fit it into your schedule.

• Commercial diagnostic: An online assessment to identify where your sales are stalling and where the biggest growth opportunities are, ensuring support is tailored to your business and pipeline.

• Expert-led workshops: Three fortnightly online half-day workshops led by experienced commercial experts, covering:

  • Build the map – identify key decision-makers, understand buying processes and focus effort where it matters most.
  • Craft with care – strengthen your outreach, messaging, pricing and proposals to better connect with buyers.
  • Move to win – handle objections, procurement and negotiations with more confidence to move deals forward.

• One-to-one commercial clinic: Between workshops, you can book one-to-one sessions with sales experts to troubleshoot live challenges, refine strategy and apply learning directly to your business.

• Sales Growth Summit: The programme concludes with an in-person Sales Growth Summit, bringing together programme alumni to share progress, hear buyer insights and build valuable connections that support continued growth.

Your business must be:

• Actively trading
• Selling B2B products or services
• Generating early traction, pilots or customers
• Generating a minimum of £250k in annual sales
• Looking to improve commercial performance and consistency.

As a founder, you’ll need to be:

• Responsible for sales or customer acquisition
• Able to attend all sessions
• Willing to implement and test approaches
