We’re looking for a Project Director
Do you want to direct a small project team that organises services which transform businesses for the better?

The Project Director will be the linchpin that convenes and runs the project team
effectively, ensuring that Form delivers the highest quality products & services.
You will lead a small team and own the full lifecycle of the projects from initiation to
completion, ensuring delivery to time, budget and quality standards. You will also
provide reporting to internal stakeholders and manage the key external stakeholders.
You will translate requirements into operational plans, clearly and consistently
communicating the purpose and vision.
The role requires effective communication and management across multiple
disciplines such as events, content marketing and digital development.
o Direct teams to get projects successfully delivered
o Engage with key team members across functions to drive effective project
o Ensure all outputs are at the highest standards of excellence whilst
maintaining commercial viability
o Establish and roll out programme/project processes that are scalable and
accommodating to a growing business’s needs
o Manage the external profile of the programme of activity, ensuring that
stakeholders are consistently engaged with the purpose and vision
o Ensure consistent, accurate and prompt data collection/management
o Track and report programme KPIs/management information
o Draft bids/proposals working with Form’s Managing Director

You will be outcome focused with strong commercial accumen; prepared to go
above and beyond in a fast-paced environment. More than just a master planner or
solutions person, you will have a creative and collaborative outlook – demonstrating
a passionate approach to your work.
You will be charismatic with a strong degree of gravitas and exceptional
interpersonal skills. A confident persona accustomed to building positive
relationships with challenging stakeholders, you will have a proven pedigree in
winning, delivering and running multiple projects of significant value.
You will possess outstanding negotiation and stakeholder management
communication skills, allowing you to manage genuine complexity and multiple

o Able to make decisions quickly and effectively
o A confident bid/proposal writer
o Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
o 5+ years Senior Project/Client Account Management Experience
