We’re looking for a Consultant

Do you want to deliver strategic consultancy that helps digital, creative and tech
leaders achieve growth and change?

The role

As a consultant you’ll draw on your significant experience to offer invaluable insight, support and practical guidance.

You’ll develop long lasting and meaningful client relationships while ensuring the
commercial success of all projects you undertake.

Spotting trends, insights and opportunities will be second nature and you’ll work
with the internal team to make sure we capitalise on these to better serve our
clients.

Responsibilities

 

o Facilitation and delivery of Form’s programmes and bespoke
consultancy/coaching
o Creation and curation of new content
o Building the accessibility and visibility of Form’s content
o Creating a pipeline of opportunity from existing relationships

What you’ll be measured on:

o How you live out Form’s values
o Customer satisfaction metrics
o Customer impact metrics
o Financial performance metrics

About you

You’re a strategic thinker with a proven background in solving complex business
challenges. With experience of managing multiple stakeholders you’ll be
comfortable creating sessions that drive alignment and commitment.

With the strong degree of gravitas needed to be a trusted ‘face’ of the company,
you’ll be able to quickly build rapport and credibility with global DCT leaders to
identify need and unlock opportunities.

You’ll be passionate about what you do, have an eye on industry trends and be
confident to take a stance. Thriving on using your knowledge and expertise to curate
and create industry leading content that helps leaders build remarkable
organisations.

You will be a natural facilitator with outstanding presentation and communication
skills that enable you to deliver compelling one-to-many and one-to-one sessions to
senior industry leaders. And you’ll be as comfortable delivering sessions online as you
are in person.

The specifics:

o A minimum of 5 years business experience
o High level of emotional intelligence
o Strong problem solving, time management and organisation skills
o Ability to rapidly build rapport
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
o Adept at creating clarity and simplicity with complex problems
o Purpose led with demonstrable ability to turn strategic ambition into
commercial success
o An experienced facilitator, coach and consultant
o Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
