We’re looking for a Client Director

Do you want to own influential client relationships and ensure successful delivery of high impact projects?

The role

The Client Director will be the key point of contact for significant projects which are
delivered to a range of Public and Private sector organisations. You’ll own the
relationship with the client, ensuring smooth delivery and a consistent set of
deliverables for the client and Form.

You will lead a small team and own the relationships for the full lifecycle of the
projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery to time, budget and quality
standards. You will also provide reporting to internal stakeholders and manage the
key external stakeholders.

You will translate requirements into operational plans, clearly and consistently
communicating the purpose and vision.

The role requires effective communication and management across multiple
disciplines such as events, content marketing and digital development.

Responsibilities

 

o Engage with key team members across functions to drive effective project
delivery;
o Ensure all outputs are at the highest standards of excellence whilst
maintaining commercial viability;
o Manage the external profile of the programme of activity, ensuring that
stakeholders are consistently engaged with the purpose and vision;
o Ensure consistent, accurate and prompt data collection/management;
o Track and report programme KPIs/management information; and
o Draft bids/proposals.

What you’ll be measured on:

o Number of companies engaged in our programmes;
o Customer satisfaction (C-SAT) metrics;
o Senior stakeholder C-SAT;
o Contribution towards new business wins;
o Financial performance; and
o Resourcing/utilisation metrics.

About you

You have a track record of building long lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to quickly build strong
rapport.

You will be charismatic with a strong degree of gravitas and exceptional
interpersonal skills. A confident persona accustomed to building positive
relationships with challenging stakeholders, you will have a proven pedigree in
winning, delivering projects of significant value.

You will possess outstanding negotiation and stakeholder management
communication skills, allowing you to manage genuine complexity, multiple suppliers
and delivery partners.

o 5+ years Senior Project/Client Account Management Experience

Practicalities

o Reporting to: The Client Director will report directly to Managing Director,
but will work with the whole team across the business
o Location: North West or remote at first
o Start Date: May 2021
